I was utterly shocked when the door bell range on that lazy Saturday afternoon. As I opened the door I was pleased to see my long time friends it had been ages. It was a wonderful surprise but now I was under the gun to be the hostess. As I entered the kitchen I was frantic to get a quick and easy snack for my guests. I searched and searched and then came across one of my delicious dip mixes I recently purchased at a farmers market. Within minutes I was back visiting with my friends with drinks and dips in hand. I was so relieved to find these dips in my pantry and so pleased that I was able to create them in such a short time so I was free to catch up with my dear friends. What was a lazy Saturday ended up being a fantastic visit with friends.
