There are days when I wonder why I bothered to get out of bed and get dressed. When I started a catering business of my own my mother warned me that when you are a caterer everything that can go wrong eventually will and you just have to be prepared for it. I did not believe her before but the day our kitchen caught on fire convinced me. There was an electrical short in the wall and that whole side of the room went up in flames taking all of the equipment located there with it. I knew that I would not be able to stay in business without ordering in more catering supplies so I immediately started looking for a company to order from that could get everything delivered to me the next day so that I could be back in business and getting ready for the next event that we had to work.
